Banned Items
- Fireworks or any form of explosives
- Outside alcoholic beverages
- Ice chests/coolers that are not medically required
- Pets, other than service animals
- Glass containers
- Lasers or laser pointers
- Tailgating/BBQ in parking areas
- Federally banned substances such as illicit narcotics
- Smoking or vaping inside of gates/fence
- Personal drones
- Tents, pop-ups, canopies, large tables/picnic umbrellas, sunshades, etc. (Handheld umbrellas are allowed but NOT authorized in the bleachers at any time.)
- Bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, (kick & electric) scooters, skateboards or hoverboards.
- Anything that can be considered to be a weapon
- Anything that can be considered, by statute, as illegal or contraband
REMINDER that all carry-in bags are subject to search.
Cash or Credit
- Credit is the preferred method of payment for tickets.
- An ATM will be located near the Information Booth for your convenience.
First Aid & Safety
- In case of emergency, please dial 911 and then seek assistance from airshow personnel.
- A first aid station will be located near the Manheim Township Ambulance near the entrance to the terminal.
Food & Beverages
- A variety of food and beverage concessionaires will be available for your enjoyment.
- Beer and wine will be available for sale to attendees 21 years of age and older (ID required for purchase).
May I smoke while I am at the Lancaster Airshow?
- Absolutely No Smoking (including vaping) permitted within the gates/fence
Parking
- General parking is FREE
- ADA parking is available with placard display
Restrooms
- Portable restrooms will be available at numerous locations within the airshow grounds.
Seating Options
- The Lancaster Airshow is held under an open sky, with very limited shaded areas.
- Premium seating options, with shaded areas, are available for purchase.
Sponsorships
- Various sponsorship levels are available. Please contact Tracy Barley at tbarley@uat.lancasterairport.com
Tickets
- General Admission tickets must be purchased by anyone 16 years of age or older. (15 years and younger are FREE.)
- Online ticket purchasing is strongly encouraged prior to event.
- Tickets will be available for purchase the day of the event; however, the airshow utilizes dynamic pricing, so these ticket prices may be higher in cost.
All tickets sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
What happens if the airshow is cancelled?
- There will be no refunds should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather or any reason beyond the control of the airshow.
What if it rains?
- The airshow will take place rain or shine, and a show will rarely be cancelled in its entirely. However, the Lancaster Airshow reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the event at its sole discretion. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some acts may not perform. No refunds will be issued.
What should I bring to the airshow?
